Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation, including items ordered and total cost, will be sent via email.

All METAL URGES jewelry pieces are hand made at the time your order is received, so expect a small delay.

Upon receipt of payment, we will contact you with the shipping date.

All rush orders and special requests will be honored in the best, most efficient way!

Wisconsin residents add 5.5% sales tax.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
At this time we only accept money order, cashiers check, or personal check. Orders must be paid in full before shipment. When paying by personal check, the check must clear before shipment of your order.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your METAL URGES jewelry for any reason, we will do everything in our power to fix it. If you'd rather return your jewelry, it must be returned within 5 days of receipt of your jewelry. We will refund your payment, minus shipping costs, immediately upon receiving your returned jewelry. We recommend all jewelry returns be insured, and sent with delivery confirmation.
